Utilizing an organization’s operational and IoT (Internet of Things) data as-is, where-is, and applying AI (artificial intelligence) tools like ML (Machine Learning), Razor™ transforms existing, under-utilized data into context relevant insights. These insights alert industrial operators to any anomaly with the potential to harm performance in time to prevent it.

This is the opportunity to join a team delivering on the promises of I4.0. Praemo is looking for an innovative, motivated sales executive to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will focus on selling our Razor™ technology to industrial customers in a team selling environment. Your understanding of technology and industrial operations, and strong communication skills will be key to your success. Our executive team has a broad and deep set of relationships within industry, and you will leverage those as well as your entrepreneurial mindset to expand our customer base and secure net new business in asset intensive industries including discrete and batch Manufacturing, Mining, Chemical and Oil & Gas, and related industries.



  • Effectively present Praemo’s value proposition and offerings to prospects and clients.

  • Demonstrate thought leadership related to the benefits of advanced analytic tools like AI and ML, and their positive impact on industrial operations.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to provide relevant feedback related to the continued development of Praemo Razor™.

  • Work closely with marketing to continually refine messaging and materials that communicate Praemo’s leadership.

  • Achieve assigned quota, selling Praemo’s Razor™ Technology and related services.

  • Participate in the development and execution of an account plan leveraging existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts and marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain pipeline, forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression via CRM.

  • Establish competence in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities.

  • Identify and building key relationships within a client’s organization.

  • Be willing to travel 50%, and understand when electronic methods are sufficient.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industrial knowledge and experience in discrete, process and/or batch industries.

  • Practical understanding of industrial technologies and architectures, cloud technologies and analytic tools like AI and ML, IIoT, M2M solutions, MES and shop floor automation.

  • Skilled in consultative sales, business development, and managing prospect and clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with operations teams and senior executives.

  • Degree, masters a plus or history of relevant industrial experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in the results-oriented, client-focused, often ambiguous environment of a successful early stage technology company.
